Welcome to Tiny Grand Adventures (tinygrandadventures.com), operated by THOW Nation, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. By accessing this website or making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payments

All bookings are made through our website and processed via Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you complete a booking, you are entering into a short-term rental agreement with THOW Nation, LLC for the specified property and dates.

• Full payment is collected at the time of booking.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable fees as shown during checkout.
• A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy follows the terms displayed during the booking process. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe. Please contact us at the email listed on our Contact page for cancellation requests.

Property Rules & Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to follow the house rules provided for each property. By booking, you agree to:

• Respect the property, neighboring guests, and the surrounding environment.
• Not exceed the maximum guest count specified for the property.
• Leave the property in a reasonable condition upon checkout.
• Report any damage or issues promptly.

THOW Nation, LLC reserves the right to charge for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

THOW Nation, LLC provides vacation rental accommodations on an “as is” basis. While we strive to ensure accurate listings and a comfortable stay, we are not liable for:

• Unforeseen property issues, utility interruptions, or weather-related disruptions.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
• Third-party services including but not limited to payment processing and email delivery.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of THOW Nation, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Coconino County, Arizona.
